About Cashier

The Cashier Division is responsible for processing payments, transporting deposits, providing receipts for received payments, rendering accounts, collecting tuition and fees, disbursing financial aids to students, disbursing salaries and honorarium to employees, deducting withholding tax from employees’ salaries, managing university account and funds, drawing up balance sheets, and safekeeping checks, securities and other items.

Currently all the accounts payable and receivable are managed on a computerized system. In the near future the cashier, personnel, accounting, and course registration systems will all be integrated into a single networking system so as to achieve effective management and quality service.
