【女二舍廁間孔洞調查說明公告】

各位同學好：
針對114年4月1日所接獲之住宿生反映，本校已於第一時間啟動調查與處理機制，現將整體情況說明如下：
一、事件經過：於114年4月1日凌晨2時10分，有住宿生通報指出女二舍2樓、3樓、10樓及17樓廁間內，發現牆面疑似存在可疑孔洞，並擔心涉及針孔攝影設備。接獲反映後，宿舍櫃檯即刻封鎖該等場域並暫停使用，以確保住宿生安全與隱私。同日上午9時25分，校方立即聯繫萬盛警局人員，會同專責導師、女二舍經理、校聘安裝酒精機人員、一名住宿生進行現場勘查及針孔偵測。
二、勘查說明：經專業儀器全面檢測與拆解後，確認如下：
(一)所有可疑孔洞均未偵測出任何針孔攝影鏡頭或攝影裝置。
(二)孔洞相對位置的酒精機內部也未發現任何可疑設備。
(三)經比對與查驗，孔洞為早前安裝酒精機及拆卸舊紙捲架時所遺留下的孔洞，並非不法裝置所致。
三、後續處置與改善措施，為進一步防範疑慮與提升住宿安全品質，校方將採取以下措施：
(一)請原安裝單位儘速修補所有牆面孔洞，以避免後續誤解或不安。
(二)申請升級反針孔偵測設備，包含網路、紅外線與類比型偵測儀，強化宿舍日常巡檢機制。
本校對於學生所關心之住宿安全與隱私權益高度重視，並感謝住宿生於第一時間勇於通報、共同維護居住環境安全。如有任何可疑情況，請隨時向宿舍經理反映。

Dear Residents,
Regarding the report received on April 1, 2025, the university immediately launched an investigation. The findings are as follows:
1. Incident Overview: At 2:10 AM, a resident reported suspicious holes in the restrooms on the 2nd, 3rd, 10th, and 17th floors, fearing potential hidden cameras. The affected areas were promptly sealed off for safety. At 9:25 AM, university staff, police, and specialists conducted an inspection.
2. Investigation Results:
- No hidden cameras or recording devices were found.
- No suspicious equipment was detected inside the alcohol dispensers.
- The holes were identified as remnants from previous installations of dispensers and paper towel holders.
3. Follow-up Actions:
- The original installation team will repair all wall holes to prevent further concerns.
- The university will upgrade anti-spy detection equipment and enhance routine inspections.
