★Payment time of accommodation fee for the fall semester 2025: April 25, 2025 to May 8, 2025.
★Notification of status cancellation due to no payment: May 14, 2025
1.URL of downloading payment slip: http://ap.itc.ntnu.edu.tw/FreshLogin/
2.If the student who fails to pay accommodation rent timely will be deemed as a voluntary surrender of the tenancy and whose order will be declined 1-level down in priority for accommodation application for the next academic year.
3.Those who decides not to live dormitory in the 114 academic year (fall semester 2024 & spring semester 2025), please should log in to the Student Housing Application System between April 25, 2025 and May 8, 2025 to fill out the Dormitory Withdrawal Application Form.

Student Housing Application System → Dormitory Withdrawal Application → Academic Year Withdrawal Application → Fill in Reason for Withdrawal → Save → Completed..
4.If the student needs to apply for an extended payment time for accommodation fees, please fill in the application for deferred payment at the student dormitory application system before May 8, 2025. The deadline for deferred payment of the accommodation fee is September 1, 2025.

5.Ministry of Education "Subsidy Program for College and University Students Living On-Campus": Overseas students with Taiwanese nationality are also eligible to apply for the subsidy (please send an image file of your Taiwanese ID card to the undertaker).
