Announcement of accommodation payment time and relevant issues for the second semester of the 111 academic year

1.Payment time of accommodation fee for the second semester of the 111 academic year: November 21, 2022 to December 4, 2022.

2.Notification of status cancellation due to no payment: December 7, 2022
3.If the student who fails to pay accommodation rent timely will be deemed as a voluntary surrender of the tenancy and whose order will be declined 1-level down in priority for accommodation application for the next academic year.
4.Those who decides not to live dormitory in the second semester of the 111 academic year, please notify the undertaker by E-mail (please indicate student ID number, name and reason for canceling the dormitory) before December 4, 2022.
5.If the student needs to apply for an extended payment time for accommodation fees, please fill in the application for deferred payment at the student dormitory application system before December 4,2022. Operation manual:

6.If student who applied accommodation reduction due to low-income in the first semester will apply as the reason in the secondary semester, please pay the accommodation after reduction completion.
