About Us

The Office of General Affairs was founded in June 1946 during the inception of the university. It provides a wide range of services in accordance with guidelines for university development and budgetary planning from general services and management, cashier service, property management, construction and maintenance service to procurement services. It is also in charge of campus improvement projects and security management.
The office is headed by Dean of General Affairs who supervises general services provided across the campus. Currently Professor Chan,Mei-Yung is serving as Vice President. The administrative team also includes a secretary and other staff members. The office is composed of 7 divisions, and a campus security team in the Office of General Affairs: general service and management, cashier, property management, construction and maintenance, procurement, and 2 general service divisions in Linkou and Gongquan campuses.
