About Office of General Affairs

The Office of General Affairs provides a wide range of services in accordance with guidelines for university development and budgetary planning. They include facility, cashier, custodial, construction and maintenance, procurement and student housing services. One significant task of the Office is its planning for campus improvement and development under the University development roadmap.
The office is headed by Vice President of General Affairs who supervises above mentioned services across the University campuses. Currently Professor Horng-Sheng Mii serves as the Vice President. The Vice President’s office is supported by a secretary and secretarial team. The GA Office is composed of eight divisions: facility service, construction and maintenance, procurement service, custodial service, cashier service, Gongguan campus facility service, Linkou campus facility service, and the Student Dormitory Administration Office.
