The division is in charge of property management, campus building and land management, the planning of state-owned land for construction, lending and management of visiting scholars’ hostels, the management and allocation of faculty and staff housing, businesses related to subsidized housing loans for teachers and civil servants and other housing loans, storage management, handling the scrapping of goods, properties inspection, management and maintenance of the property registry system, dealing with litigation resulted from disputes over properties including university housing. The division also manages fixed and non-fixed properties, graduation gown rental, etc.
